Please make us aware of your timeline when ordering, and we will be upfront with you about our ability to meet that deadline. SCREEN PRINTING (PLASTISOL)

Plastisol screen printing is a popular method for printing designs on fabric, especially t-shirts and similar apparel. It uses plastisol ink, a PVC-based ink that remains in liquid form until exposed to heat. Once cured, it creates a durable, vibrant, and opaque print that sits on top of the fabric as opposed to seeping into it. Plastisol is ideal for bold, long-lasting prints with complex detail, but it can feel thicker on fabric than water-based inks. Widely used in commercial screenprinting, plastisol is sought after for its ease of use, versatility, and ability to print on darker fabrics.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is a decorative stitching technique used to create textured, long-lasting designs on fabric. It involves threading a needle through the material to form patterns, logos, or text, typically using specialized embroidery machines. Unlike printing, embroidery adds a raised, tactile element to designs, making it ideal for high-end or professional branding on hats, polos, jackets, bags, towels/blankets, and uniforms. While embroidery is less suited than printing methods for intricate details and large, complex designs, it is highly durable and resistant to fading and wear, perfect for creating timeless looks.

HI-VIS WORKWEAR

Hi-vis, or high visibility workwear are screen printed garments featuring fluorescent and/or reflective ink to make the wearer highly noticeable to others. We carry ASNI classified apparel, including shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, vests, and equipment bags. Contact us to discuss your specific hi-vis workwear needs.

HEAT TRANSFERS

Heat press transfers are a popular method for applying designs to fabric using heat and pressure. This process involves printing a design onto a special transfer paper or vinyl, which is then pressed onto the garment using a heat press machine. The heat activates the adhesive, bonding the design to the fabric. Heat transfers allow for full-color, high-detail prints and work well on a variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends, and are ideal for doing large-print numbers/names, on-demand printing, and complex graphics. However, durability can depend on the type of transfer, with some methods being more prone to cracking or peeling over time. We are happy to discuss whether heat press transfer or plastisol printing is the best option for your unique screenprinting needs.

Payment is due upon receipt of the order invoice. Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed upon request. Any order needed within one week incurs an additional fee of either $50.00 or 25% of the total cost, whichever is greater.
